SYNC Your Experience
Situated on the 4th floor, SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro is the new Aperol format that reinvents the ritual of cocktails in a contemporary and accessible vision of the listening bar, a space in which music, food and mixology interact to create an experience that’s immersive, sophisticated and shared.
The project comes to life in a palimpsest alternating musical cocktails with a guest selector, listening sessions and discussions – the Syncposia – along with special occasions and tasting experiences built around multisensory pairings. Further enriched by seasonal events and artistic collaborations, the project is in constant evolution, with the listening bar open to an increasingly wide public and a central focus on the quality of the experience and the genuine pleasure of sharing.
